EQUIPMENT PICK UP
Equipment for the 2026 Spring season can be picked up at the XF Rec office during office hours. 

Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm
Starting the week of March 23rd

Directions: From 124th, turn onto 128th where the Les Schwab Tire Center is located.  Go all the way to the end of that road before it curves and we are the last building on the right hand side.  There is a label of Building "A" on the outside and a red "XF" on the front door.


FALL PRACTICE FIELD RESERVATIONS

The XF Rec Program uses an online practice field reservation system in the fall season only.  Teams can reserve 2 hours of practice each week.  We require 4 practices before the fall season games begin in September.

VOLUNTEER CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
The compliance requirements outlined in the word doc link below are required by either State or Federal law to be completed prior to volunteer participation.  Without completion, LWYSA cannot allow you to participate.  

All volunteers 18 years and older need to complete the SafeSport/RMA training on an annual basis to maintain your certification.

Background Checks are FREE through the LWYSA website.  Please make sure to do your background check on this website, not on the US Learning Center website.  

Coach Certification Process (Word doc version)

WYS has also created a pdf guideline with screenshots on how to complete the required courses to obtain a coach clearance, do not go past page 8 on pdf.  Background checks are now processed through the LWYSA website during the volunteer registration process.  (You do not need to create a separate Affinity account).
